We install, operate, and maintain premium EV charging stations at your property — equipment, permitting, connectivity, and maintenance — at zero cost to you.
Recharge Miami is a South Florida–based EV charging company dedicated to making electric vehicle charging accessible for property owners, condo communities, and businesses across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties.
We handle every aspect of the process — from equipment procurement and professional installation to permitting, ongoing maintenance, and cellular connectivity — at absolutely no cost to you.
The EV revolution isn't coming — it's already here. These numbers show why your property needs charging infrastructure today.
Research consistently shows that the presence of EV charging infrastructure increases property values and gives properties a competitive edge. A 2023 NREL study found that buildings with EV charging amenities saw higher property valuations and faster lease-up rates. The National Multifamily Housing Council reports that 34% of tenants now want EV chargers in their building — up 7 percentage points year over year. And 58% of EV drivers say they'd pay more for a property that offers on-site charging. The City of Miami already requires 20% of new parking spaces to be EV-ready.

Straight answers for property managers, HOA boards, and business owners.
Recharge Miami covers the full cost of equipment, installation, permitting, cellular connectivity, and ongoing maintenance. You provide parking spaces and electricity — and we reimburse you monthly for the electricity our chargers use. No hidden fees, no networking charges. Our revenue comes from EV driver charging fees, not from you.
Electricity flows through your building's existing meter, but we reimburse you monthly based on actual charger usage. You'll receive clear accounting of kilowatt-hours consumed and the corresponding payment. You're never out of pocket.
In most cases, no. Our systems use Dynamic Load Management (DLM) technology that intelligently distributes available power across all chargers in real time. This means we can install multiple chargers on your existing infrastructure without costly panel upgrades. We evaluate your capacity during the site assessment.
Our agreements include clear exit provisions with a simple reimbursement structure. If you choose to end the partnership, we handle equipment removal at no cost. We're confident that once you see the value — increased property appeal, resident satisfaction, and monthly reimbursements — you'll want to stay.
Drivers can pay through the ChargeLab mobile app or via the Nayax payment terminal built into the charger — which accepts tap-to-pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and credit/debit cards. For condo communities, we can configure reserved access or special pricing for building residents vs. guests.
After your site assessment, we provide a board-ready proposal package including a project summary, cost breakdown (zero), electrical assessment, site layout, and agreement terms. We understand the approval process, including Florida's Right to Charge law (Statute 718.113) and how it supports EV infrastructure in condominiums.
We handle it — 100%. Our chargers are remotely monitored 24/7 through our software platform. If an issue is detected, we're alerted automatically and dispatch a licensed electrician. You never need to troubleshoot or manage a warranty claim.
From signed agreement to operational chargers, typically 4–8 weeks. This includes site assessment, custom design, permitting (varies by municipality), and professional installation. We manage the entire process and keep you informed at every step.
Yes. Our zero-cost model works for condos, apartments, restaurants, retail, hotels, offices, medical offices, and other commercial properties across Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, and the Florida Keys.
